June 15th, 2011 The 2011 D&SW Federation fourball competition was held at Jandowae on Monday 5 June. The course was in excellent condition and the 34 participating players had perfect weather, with sunshine and a light breeze. The overall winning pair was Cheryl Francis and Jenny Bradford, City GC, with 55 points; Division 1 was won by Laurie Didsman and Margaret Grant, Gatton GC, with 42 points; Division 2 was won by last year's defending champions, Barbara Mann and Jean Payne, City GC, with 51 points. Congratulations to all the winners and the players for attending this event, which will be held at Wallangarra Golf Club in 2012. | |
