This years Meg Nunn Salver was hosted by Sunshine Coast Burnett & District at Kingaroy Golf Club from the 5th-8th September 2016. Our team this year consisted of Natalie Hollis 7(Toowoomba Club), Cate Wilmot 11(City),Cheryl Nugent 13(City),Ann Cass 14(Goombungee),Carol Champion 14(St George),Sharon Middleton 17(Pittsworth).Team Captain Iris Thompson and team Manager Aleicia Freeman. Congratulations to Central Qld & Central Highlands as the winners again after 20 years, they were so excited. Our ladies came 5th overall great effort. On behalf of the District I would like to thank all the ladies in the team for making themselves avaliable for such a prestige event we are proud of your efforts and contributions to our Meg Nunn event. We would also like to thank our caddies who gave up their time for the week to support our team,your hard work and support to our ladies has not gone unrecognised. Our Meg Nunn Salver next year will be at McLeod Club.
