| The District Matchplay was held at Goondiwindi in 2014 on 28 & 29th July, after being postponed due to wet weather in April. 25 players competed in the event with 4 Silver, 15 Bronze I and 6 in Bronze II. The Goondiwindi ladies provided lovely morning teas and lunch for all. The course was presented well and the change of date made the greens all the more challenging due to the frosts. Clubs represented from the district were City, Oakey, Pittsworth, Borneo, Clifton, Inglewood, St George and Goondiwindi. |
