D&SW Junior Jug team just weren't able to hold on for victory on the last day of competition in Sarina. A commendable second place with 17pts behind Brisbane & District 191/2pts were the final day results. The girls all played very well during their week of golf with Lori unbeaten. Final results

Darcy has also capped off her position in the Junior Jug team by being selected in the State Junior Squad.
2nd July - Tomorrow will be an exciting finish as the two top teams, BRISBANE on 171/2pts will play DOWNS & STH WEST on 15pts, for the Championship! With 4pts available for the match, Downs needs at least 1 win & a square to get 31/2pts to take the championship. Of 10 games, Brisbane girls have only had 1 loss and 1 draw but Downs will be trying their hardest to counter the Brisbane girls (hcaps 0 & 5). WELL DONE GIRLS.
1st July - The girls continue to do well in Sarina with a team win against Gold Coast yesterday with good performances from Darcy and Sarah. Today (Wednesday) the girls had the morning off for some R&R and played Nth Qld this afternoon. Lori had a great win against Emily Cannavan (8) and Sarah had a very close match against Koralie Key (10) but lost on the 18th.
30th June - Results from Sarina - Lori Ryan has lead the charge at Sarina with two wins on the first day of the matchplay. Sarah Bellars also played well to square her match this morning and Darcy was unlucky to lose on the 18th in the afternoon. The D&SW team played Far Nth Qld this morning and Sunshine Coast Burnett District this afternoon.
