| Cecil Plains Golf Club hosted this year's District Matchplay Championships on 15 & 16th April. Delicious food was in plentiful supply during the event. Thanks to the men and women of the club for their hospitality. The 9 hole course was in great condition and the greens were where the matches were won.........or lost. A small contigent from the district clubs played the two day event. Everyone present will remember the screams of excitement coming from the clubhouse when Adam Scott won the Masters! |
